We offer a 30-day return window from the date you receive your items. All returned products must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and with original tags and packaging intact. Items with visible wear, stains, deformation, or missing accessories will not be accepted for return or refund.
2. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, intimate activewear that has been worn, altered, or cleaned cannot be returned. All final-sale clearance items, discounted promotional products, and custom-made items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
3. Return Process
Please contact our customer support first before returning any items to obtain an official return authorization. Unauthorized returns may cause delays or rejection. After receiving our return instructions, securely repackage your order and ship it back using a trackable shipping method. Once our warehouse receives and inspects your returned goods, we will proceed with your refund or exchange.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 3–7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank’s processing speed.
