During peak shopping periods, new collection launches, public holidays, or promotional events, processing times may be slightly extended. If this happens, we’ll do our best to keep you informed.


Estimated Delivery Times

After dispatch, delivery times vary depending on your destination and local carrier services.

Typical delivery estimates are:

  • Domestic Orders: 3–7 Business Days
  • International Orders: 7–15 Business Days

Please note that these are estimated timeframes and not guaranteed delivery dates.

Unexpected circumstances such as weather conditions, customs inspections, transportation disruptions, or high seasonal demand may affect delivery schedules.


Tracking Your Order

As soon as your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Tracking updates may take up to 48 hours to appear after the shipment has been handed to the carrier.

There are no hidden shipping charges beyond those presented before payment confirmation.


International Orders & Customs

For customers ordering from outside their home country, customs duties, import taxes, and local handling fees may apply depending on local regulations.

These charges are determined by the destination country’s customs authorities and are the responsibility of the customer.

Unfortunately, LeyCloth cannot predict or control customs processing times or additional government-imposed fees.

Orders delayed, returned, or lost due to incorrect information provided during checkout may require additional shipping charges for re-delivery.

If your package arrives damaged, appears to be missing items, or has not been delivered within a reasonable timeframe, please contact us as soon as possible.

Delivery Responsibility
